Musical Futures runs an extensive training and CPD programme, delivered through our Champion Schools: experienced, innovative classroom music teachers who have applied and developed Musical Futures in their schools.
Each Champion School has adapted Musical Futures in a different way, therefore attending a Musical Futures training or CPD session not only provides information about Musical Futures, but enables you to appreciate how Musical Futures can and does work in an individual school situation.
All training and CPD is free of charge, and open to anybody – from classroom teachers and peripatetic teachers, to Music Service/Local Authority staff, community musicians, students, and other arts and education professionals.
Courses provide an opportunity to explore the Musical Futures approaches through practical workshops, as well as the chance to network and share best practice and resources.
