Teaching the RSL Level 2 Certificate Music Practitioners Course

Following the approval of this course for certification in 2020, this course is for teachers who will be entering students for certification in 2019 and 2020.

This course will ensure that delegates understand the specification, assessment criteria and opportunities for practical, real-world student focused learning offered by the qualification.  We will also look at how Musical Futures resources can be used to enhance learning and make the course accessible for all students.

Please note: this course is designed for those who are interested in seeing how a practical approach like Musical Futures can be used to deliver this kind of qualification and are seeking ideas and practical advice on how a successful centre for the RSL qualification approaches the specification and assessment criteria.  The course is delivered by an experienced RSL teacher but RSL staff are not present on the day.
