Musical Futures needs your support. With your help, we can ensure that our pioneering movement in music education reaches even more young people and teachers in the years to come. We want to create a legacy where people of all ages in the UK can benefit from music through real-world learning.

We are extremely grateful for the longstanding support from the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, through which we have been able to reach over 200,000 young people per year. Our core funding will expire in 2017 and we are working to become a sustainable movement for the future through mixed income streams.

There are a number of ways you can help us achieve this:

Corporate opportunities

Our next Music Learning Revolution conference will be held at the Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester on 18th October 2016. There are a range of attractive opportunities to exhibit at and sponsor the event, where you can promote your brand or products directly to music education specialists. Download the MLR Exhibitor and sponsor opportunities 2016 pack for full details.

Schools and parents

We have developed a fundraising pack with guidelines for senior leaders and PTA committees to help your school raise money for your Musical Futures programme. Download the Musical Futures School Fundraising Pack. The sample grant application forms to accompany this pack are available to download in the Resources area.

Trusts and foundations

We are keen to build positive relationships with trusts and foundations who share our aims for young people, arts education and innovative work that is sustainable. We would welcome funding officers to come and attend one of our training courses or observe a Musical Futures class as a chance to see us in action. Equally, we are happy to talk about our work at your next team meeting or away day. To arrange this, please contact our Head of Fundraising below.
